Swimmers Have Impressive Opening Day at New Englands
Brunswick set a trio of team records during the preliminaries at the 2017 New England Championships at the Hixon Pool at Hotchkiss on Saturday. The Bruins will send 13 swimmers to the “A” finals, while two more will compete in the “B” finals. The top teams heading into the final day on Sunday are: Andover, Brunswick, Suffield, Choate, Exeter and Deerfield.
The “A” finals swimmers are able to score twice as many points for their respective teams than “B” swimmers.
