Mayfair is a unique series of social evenings designed to foster connection among students from Brunswick, Greenwich Academy, and Sacred Heart. This program focuses on the timeless values of good manners and gracious etiquette, all through the art of ballroom dancing. Led by professional instructors from Fred Astaire Dance Studios, students will learn both traditional and modern dance styles in a lively, engaging atmosphere.

For our Fifth Graders, this year’s program includes an expanded etiquette curriculum, designed to deepen their social skills.

Introducing SOCIAL 6 — an exciting new program designed just for Sixth Graders! Building on the beloved Mayfair dance and etiquette experience, this initiative takes social development beyond the ballroom. Students will engage in four 90-minute sessions focused on collaboration, communication, and — most importantly — fun. Program highlights include a lively trivia night with prizes, engaging etiquette lessons, a special performance from Fred Astaire professionals, and more!

Time & Location

Brunswick Pre School Campus, 270 Lake Avenue

Fourth Grade: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Fifth Grade: 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Sixth Grade: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. (4 evenings)

Tuition

$300

Attire

Boys: Jacket, dress shirt, tie, dress pants or khakis, and school-approved shoes.
Girls: A dress or skirt, and appropriate shoes. No athletic sneakers. 

Rules

Students are expected to be courteous, polite and respectful at all times. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your class time. Check in is at the attendance table upon arrival. Students should be picked up promptly at dismissal time. 

Volunteers Needed

To make this a memorable experience for all, we are asking for parent chaperones to assist our instructors. Fourth and Fifth graders: only Brunswick parents may chaperone. Sixth graders: parents from Brunswick, Greenwich Academy and Sacred Heart are welcome to chaperone.
