• How do I know when my order is ready?

  You will receive an email from bookstoreorders@brunswickschool.org when your order is ready and where to pick up your order (at either the Upper or Middle School Bookstore).

• How and when do I pick up my order?

  You may pick up your order curbside on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 8:15 a.m. - 10 a.m. at the location indicated in your pick-up email.
  
  Follow the specific pick-up directions listed on the email you received indicating your order is ready.
  
  You may also come into the store to pick up your order during our in-person shopping hours (Upper School, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Middle School, Monday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.)

• Can my MS or US student pick up my order?

  Yes. Middle School students should see Mrs. Walker in the MS Bookstore during their lunch period only. Upper School students can pick up their order at the US Bookstore any time during the school day. Please note once the student has received their order, the Bookstore is no longer responsible for the order.

• Where are the Upper School and Middle School Bookstores?

  The Upper School Bookstore is located at 100 Maher Avenue.
  
  The Middle School Bookstore is located at 1275 King Street.

• What if I need to return or exchange anything?

  Complete the Returns and Exchange Form.
  
  Please do not attempt to return items in the parking lot when picking up your order.
  
  All items must have their original tags intact and be in new and unworn condition.
  
  Due to hygiene issues, we will not accept returns or exchanges on masks and face coverings, hats, water bottles, mugs, stuffed animals, and ear buds. All sales are final.
