Brunswick beat Masters by a score of 48-38 at Dann Gym on Saturday afternoon.
It was all Bruins from the start as they built a commanding 23-4 lead over the first 10 minutes of action. Brunswick punished the opposition inside on offense in the halfcourt and owned the glass on defense, repeatedly pushing the ball and getting easy looks in transition.
The second half opened with the home team leading 25-15. Brunswick was never quite able to replicate their early first half offensive output and blow the game open, but they took care of business and kept Masters out of striking distance to come away with a comfortable victory.
JP Pray led the Bruins with 16 points. Ethan Long had 15 and Jack Stevens added 10.
