Brunswick won its second meet of the season on the road against Founders League champions and Division I rival Loomis.
The young Bruins relied on their depth for the second contest in a row and were successful again.
The final score was Brunswick 103, Loomis 75.
'Wick swimmers showed some depth and stroke diversity on the way to winning every swimming event. The youth of the team is evident, but these Bruins have risen to the challenge of competition for the second week in a row. While upperclassmen won six of the eight individual swimming events, freshmen contributed to victory by making up almost 60% of the scorers tonight.
The 100 butterfly was an exciting event. Ben Wu won the event with a time of 54.85. He just missed breaking the New England Record by four tenths of a second. The record is currently held by Brunswick alumnus Alex Hazlett '22. That swim was also a All-American qualifying swim for Wu and is his seventh All-American swim of his career at 'Wick.
The team training trip is up next for the boys. Then Exeter at home on January 6.
