• Crew - Varsity (Spring)

    2023 - 2024

Crew, with its ethos steeped in sportsmanship and teamwork, serves well to match the ideals of the school. Brunswick’s crew program strives to build strong character in each boy on the team while providing a highly competitive rowing experience on the water.

The team boats out of the Falco Rowing Center and trains at the school's own rowing tanks. Brunswick rowers learn to sweep and scull in all classes of boats on Cos Cob Harbor.

In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Brunswick has been the top-placing school at the Head of the Charles Regatta in the coxed four. Brunswick won NEIRA Gold in the 8+ in 2022 and has won medals at the USRowing Youth National Championships in both 2023 and 2024.

In select years, Brunswick sends a squad to race at Henley Royal Regatta to compete for the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup. Many Bruins continue their rowing careers at the collegiate level, and some have gone on to represent the United States at the highest levels of the sport.
