Basketball Falls to Millbrook

Millbrook knocked down 10-24 three-pointers on the way to a 90-56 non-conference win over Brunswick on Wednesday. The Bruins (0-2) begin league play on Saturday, December 9, traveling to FAA foe Rye CDS.

 

The visiting Bruins trailed by a 48-21 margin at the break, as the Mustangs cruised to the 90-56 win.

 

Jack Molloy paced Brunswick with 19 points on 7-20 shooting from the field, while adding a team-best five offensive rebounds. Harrison Caponiti led all players with a career-best 13 rebounds, while netting a personal-best 11 points for his first double-double at Brunswick. Brennan Troy scored a career-high eight points, and Khari Wilson netted eight points for the Bruins.
