In the first 30 seconds of the game, Salisbury went up 1-0. Within two minutes we were able to equalize with another goal from Luke Martinez, a fantastic shot from outside the box. Later in the half, John Guza split two defenders with a nifty chip into the box to find Blake Levy to go up 2-1.
In the second half, Blake went into the box to challenge the keeper on a 50/50 ball, which he was able to get a head on, and as the ball moved past their keeper, Luke Martinez beat the last defender with a header to make it 3-1. We had a couple more opportunities that should have been goals and it seemed with each missed opportunity, Salisbury became more confident. Salisbury was able to score two more goals in relatively quick succession. Unfortunately, the game ended 3-3, but we continued our unbeaten streak into our last game of the season against Westy at their place on Saturday.
