Brunswick earned the team victory on Thursday night in the first Connecticut Interscholastic Ski Association (CISL) race of the winter at Mount Southington, topping defending regular season champion Wilton High School and 11 other competitors.
Both veteran and first-time racers performed well for the Bruins, who displayed excellent school spirit by cheering on their teammates.
