Bruins Take Game One of Double Header

The Brunswick Bruins put up six runs in the first on their way to an 11-1 victory over Fieldston in game one on Saturday.  

Adonys Guzman, Reed Hyde, Sam Sealy, and Riley Redahan all drove in runs in the frame.

The Bruins got things moving in the first inning, when Guzman singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Nicholas Bianco took the start on the bump for the Bruins and never looked back. Bianco through a complete game, allowing one run on four hits, striking out eight and walking zero.

‘Wick racked up a total of eight hits.  Guzman, Michael Yeager, and Redahan all managed multiple hits.
