  • Swimming - Varsity

    2019 - 2020

Brunswick hit the water with a competitive swimming and diving team for the first time in 2012-13. With the completion of the Mehra Natatorium in 2014, head coach Aaron Montgomery has built the program into a consistent contender at the Division 1 New England Championships, posting a pair of third-place finishes (2017, 2018) and a second-place finish in 2019.

The Bruins continue to make waves nationally, earning recognition from the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (NISCA). The Bruins finished 2018-19 ranked 11th in the country for prep schools and 26th against all high schools from coast to coast.

Brunswick races against the FAA as well as a number of strong NEPSAC foes during the regular season. Additionally, the team will compete in regional events against some of the best swim programs on the east coast. This level of competition pushed the Bruins to consistently set new team and pool records every year, while a number of swimmers have benefitted on the way to win individual titles at the NEPSAC Championship as well as numerous All-American accolades.
