Water Polo Wraps Up Regular Season with Two More Wins

Brunswick topped Suffield (14-10) and Choate (19-9) on Saturday at Suffield, finishing the regular season with a 21-2 overall record and 9-0 against NEPSAC foes. Up next for the Bruins is the NEPSAC’s Liquid Four Tournament, hosted by Brunswick at the Mehra Natatorium on Saturday, November 11.

In the Suffield contest, Brunswick was paced by Keegan Drew’s three goals, while Michael O'Malley and Danny Taylor added two markers apiece. Seven other Bruins added solo tallies, as Brunswick goalie Christian Hartch made an eye-popping 17 saves in the victory.

Against Choate, Nico Apostolides led the way with five tallies, as Drew, Peter Mullen and Simon Derby each netted two goals apiece. Koo Delany earned the start in net for the Bruins, making six saves.

The Bruins, winners of the last three NEPSAC titles, will host the Liquid Four in the Mehra Natatorium for the first time since 2014.
