The Brunswick track team earned some impressive results against five other schools at a relay-only meet at Masters on Saturday, including a school-record win in the sprint medley relay along with a top finish in the 4x100 relay. The Bruins head to Taft for another meet on Saturday, April 22.
In the sprint medley relay, the quartet of Nadji Ngbokoli (100), Cornelius Johnson (100), Cam Kelly (200), and Cassius Johnson (400) won the event with a program-best time of 1:39.34.
Ngbokoli and Cornelius Johnson led Brandon Allen and Kevonne Wilder to a winning finish in the 4x100 relay, crossing the line in 44.51 seconds.
In the distance medley relay, Kyle Raker (1200), Paul Grasso (800), Andy Hartong (400), and Wesley Peisch (1600) also competed, finishing in second place (12:03).
