Brunswick lost a non-league road game to Salisbury on Saturday, 57-42. Following the setback, the Bruins (3-7) return to conference action on Wednesday, January 25, hosting Hamden Hall at 4:30 p.m. at Dann Gym.
Trailing 25-19 at the break, the Bruins closed the gap to a single possession in the opening minutes of the second half. However, Brunswick could not muster the go-ahead basket, as the Knights pulled away for the 15-point win.
Salisbury combined an impressive shooting performance, hitting 18-32 shots from inside the three-point line, with a 30-16 rebounding advantage over the Bruins.
Cam Kelly led Brunswick with 16 points on 6-11 shooting from the field, including 2-3 from behind the arc. Muna Nwana chipped in seven points, while Charlie Sealy added five points for the Bruins.
