Brunswick lost to St. Luke’s by a score of 4-2 on Friday afternoon in New Canaan.
Brunswick scored first in the top half of the second inning but St. Luke’s replied with a three spot to give itself the lead, and the Storm didn’t relinquish it.
St. Luke’s scored again in the fifth with a run while Brunswick scored one in the sixth and loaded the bases with one out in the seventh, only to have St. Luke’s work out of a jam to win the game.
It is the Bruins' third loss of the season but brings them to 2-2 in conference play. Brunswick will take on Avon on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
