Tennis Bounces Back, Beats Andover

Varsity tennis had a good 4-3 win over Andover at the RCDS indoor tennis courts on Saturday afternoon.

The team started strong by capturing the doubles point: At #3 doubles, Johnny Riehl and Jack Sieg showed great chemistry and won the first match 8-3. At #2 doubles, Caleb Zimmerman and Santos Gunningham proved too strong and won 8-5.

As the match headed into the singles, Zimmerman at #2 and Gunningham at #3 were firing on all cylinders and looking unstoppable. They were the first to finish and put Brunswick up 3-0. At #4, Riehl was playing up a position and his opponent was simply the better player on the day and pulled one back for Andover.
