Bruins Win Eight Weights at 'Rhino Rumble'

Brunswick Wrestling had a strong performance in the season opener at Taft on Saturday. Bruin wrestlers won eight out of the 12 weight classes in which Brunswick entered a wrestler. While there was no team score at this event, Brunswick had the most champions and the most wins of the schools at the tournament (Avon Old Farms, Belmont Hill, Hopkins, Hotchkiss, Salisbury, and Taft).

Brunswick will host Avon Old Farms school on Wednesday, December 7, in the Ostrye Wrestling Gymnasium in a match scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
