Hockey Sails Past Delbarton, St. Louis Nets Hat-Trick

Brunswick picked up a 4-1 non-league win at Delbarton on Tuesday, as Ryan St. Louis netted his first hat-trick as a Bruin. The road victory in New Jersey bumps Brunswick’s overall record to 9-6-4, as the Bruins now own a four-game winning streak.
 
After a scoreless first period, St. Louis notched the lone goal of the second period. Brunswick goalie Alexander Rohlf kept it a 1-0 game with several key stops late in the frame to maintain the one-goal advantage.
 
With 12:45 left in the third period, Connor Sullivan’s second goal of the season gave the Bruins a 2-0 lead, as St. Louis followed with his second tally at 7:13 for a 3-0 cushion for the visitors.
 
Delbarton got on the board about a minute later, as St. Louis capped the scoring with his third goal of the game with 3:51 left in the game. The third and final goal for St. Louis marked the 11th goal on the season for the forward.
 
The Bruins return to NEPSIHA action with a road game at Williston Northampton on Saturday, January 26. The Bruins posted a 4-4 draw against the Wildcats in a neutral-site tournament game back on December 16.
