The Rhinos, generally considered to be one of the top prep teams in New England this season, were in a stroke-by-stroke battle with the Bruins over the challenging 7,000-yard layout at the Century CC. Collectively, both teams scored well in the cold, wet conditions, earning a number of birdies as well as an eagle.
Brunswick’s Matt Camel (3 pts.), Reid Robbins (2 pts.), and Matty Dzialga (2 pts.) were match winners, while Ben Carpenter (1 pt.), Charlie Marvin (1 pt.), and Thomas VanBelle (.5 pt.) scored for the Bruins.
