Hockey Secures Post-Season Bid in Large School Tourney

 

Brunswick locked up its third-straight trip to the post season, garnering the second seed in the NEPSIHA Large School Tournament. The Bruins (16-9-5) will play seventh-seed Milton Academy (12-9-3) in the quarterfinal round on Wednesday, March 1, at Choate’s William C.S. Remsen Arena. Face-off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

 

The eight teams will play quarterfinal games at the higher seed, unless the travel distance is greater than 2 hours and 45 minutes, as is the case of the Milton-Brunswick game. That contest will be played at a neutral site (Choate).
