Squash Tied for First Place After Day One at New England Championship

Brunswick swept all seven of its first-round matches at the Class ‘A’ NEISA Championship, held at St. Paul’s School in New Hampshire. The Bruins, 14-time winners of the event, including the last five championships in a row, are tied with three other schools with 128 total points with two more days of competition remaining.

Unlike the team-based head-to-head contests during the season, the individual-based design rewarded points for each player’s finishing position in the 16-person draw across seven flights of competition.

Brunswick won six of seven matches in straight sets.
