Trinity-Pawling topped the Bruins, 74-48, on Brunswick’s Senior Day at Dann Gym. The Pride netted 29-50 shots, shooting nearly .500 from the floor, while the Bruins connected on 14-46 shots on the day.
Brunswick finishes the regular season at 8-13, but its season continues in the FAA tourney. The fifth-seeded Bruins will travel to #4 Masters in the quarterfinal round on Tuesday, February 21.
In the game, the Pride jumped out to an early lead, eventually taking a commanding 37-16 lead at the half.
Brunswick doubled-up its first half production with 32 second half points. The Bruins could not close the double-figure gap on Trinity-Pawling, as the Pride matched its first half output with 37 second half points.
Muna Nwana led the Bruins with 22 points on 6-13 shooting from the field, including 3-5 from behind the arc, while adding a team-high six rebounds.
Angus Binnie added 10 points for the Bruins, including a pair of three-pointers, while Cam Kelly dished out a game-high six assists.
