Rowers Win Kulaga Cup

Brunswick retained the Kulaga Cup by winning the majority of the varsity races at Fairfield Prep on Saturday.
 
Brunswick’s flagship boat, the 1st Varsity Eight, earned another open water victory finishing in a time of 4:03.3 in beautiful conditions on Cedar Creek in Bridgeport.
 
Brunswick also won the Third and Fourth Eights, but dropped the Second Varsity Eights race.
 
The Bruins will travel to Methuen, Mass., next weekend to race Phillips Academy and Hanover High School on the Merrimack River at 2 p.m.
