Brunswick entered the game ranked No. 3 and Deerfield was ranked No. 8 by Inside Lacrosse.
The Doors scored a pair of goals to open the contest, but then it was all Brunswick, as the visitors tied the game by the end of the first 12 minutes and led 5-2 at halftime.
The Bruins extended their lead to 10-3 after three and never looked back on the way to the convincing win.
Next up is a home game against Kent on Wednesday at Cosby Field.
