Non-Discrimination Policy
The School shall not at any time discriminate against any person with regard to employment by reason of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender or sexual orientation. The School shall not at any time discriminate against any person with regard to enrollment or otherwise by reason of race, color, religion, national origin or sexual orientation. The School shall accord or make available to all students, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin or sexual orientation, all of the rights, privileges, programs and other school activities of the School. The School shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or sexual orientation in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan policies, athletic and other school administered programs.
State Nonprofit Disclosures
Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions. Individual state disclosures are below.
Nevada: Contributions may be tax deductible pursuant to the provisions of sec. 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C. §170(c).
