Brunswick competed in Match 4 of the Fairfield County Math League on Wednesday, with the A-team earning a convincing victory in the field of 27 schools with 113 total points. 

“This score of 113 is the highest achieved by any school since 2016 when Greenwich High School earned 114 in Match 1,” said coach Michael Allwood. “However, the matches were vastly easier in those days, so yesterday's performance from Brunswick was undoubtedly the best ever in the history of the league.”

Ninth-grader Sohan Javeri and seventh-grader Alex Svoronos were first-time perfect scorers in this match.

Brunswick's B1 team earned 55 points, just eight points behind the second-place team from Staples High School.
