Brunswick has won 11 consecutive NEPSAC water polo championships.

The program's skill and cohesiveness have also gained national recognition, as the Bruins were recently ranked as high as fourth in the country, the only non-California team at the time to earn a spot in the Top 20.

In 2025, Brunswick opened its season by traveling to Barcelona, Spain, to compete in the Next Generation Water Polo Club Tournament, facing elite international competition from countries including Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Serbia, and more. Upon returning home, the team won its 7^thconsecutive Beast of the East Tournament, its 7^th consecutive the 49th Cardinal Cup, and its 11^th consecutive NEPSAC Championship. Four players earned All-NEPSAC honors, with an additional player receiving honorable mention. For the second straight season, Brunswick also produced both the NEPSAC Player of the Year and NEPSAC Goalie of the Year.

Brunswick has developed numerous NISCA Water Polo All-Americans and Academic All-Americans, and has consistently developed players for the USA Water Polo pipeline at the Development, Cadet, Youth, Junior, and Senior National Team levels. Most recently, a Brunswick alumnus competed with the USA Men's Senior National Team alongside Olympians, helping the United States achieve its highest-ever finish at a World Championship event across any age group. He continues to represent the United States at the highest international level. This summer, a current Brunswick player also represented Team USA at the Youth World Championships in Portugal.

Players have gone on to compete at the varsity collegiate level at institutions such as Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, Brown, MIT, Pepperdine, UC Irvine, Bucknell, and the U.S. Naval Academy. Others have made significant contributions at the club level, leading their teams to conference titles and appearances at the National Collegiate Club Championships.

The Bruins compete at the Mehra Natatorium on Edwards Campus, where Brunswick also offers an interscholastic water polo at the Middle School level.
