“Sign of the Beaver” Book Club Mrs. Collins Two weeks, Session Two (10:30a-12p)

Read this classic historical fiction novel about survival together while discussing story elements such as setting, characterization, conflict and theme, as well as exploring the historical time period (European settlers expanding to the wilds of Maine in 1768) in which the book takes place.

Bruins Science Club Mrs. Snetzko Two weeks, Session Two (10:30-11:30a), Session Three (12:30-2p)

Learn about sharks, frogs, the beach, rocks, seashells, and fish as you get ready for summer!

Materials required.

Bruins LEGO Masters Ms. Siegert Week 1, Session Two (10:30a-12p)

Gather together at the beginning of each class for a story about the day’s project. From there the boys will work independently to build their project before joining up at the end of the session to share their creations as a group.

For rising Kindergarten and 1st graders. Students must have their own LEGO at home.
