    2023 - 2024

    Winners of the 2023 Fairchester Athletic Association championship, varsity basketball has won 11 FAA regular season titles and eight FAA postseason championships since 2000.

    The Bruins compete locally as members of the FAA as well as regionally, traveling throughout New England in the NEPSAC Class A division.

    The ’22-’23 squad had four players earn FAA All-League honors while two were selected to the All-New England team. Three graduates will continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level, where in recent years the program has sent players on to the D1, D2, and D3 levels.

    Head coach Steve Juricek has been at the helm for six seasons. Most recently, Juricek’s teams have been back-to-back FAA finals participants while boasting a 25-4 league record over that time.

    The basketball program consists of varsity, JV, thirds, and freshman teams. The Brunswick facilities include five basketball courts, featuring the Bruins' home court, Dann Gym, inside the Sampson Athletic Center.
