Bruins Notch FAA Victory at Hopkins

Brunswick beat Hopkins, 41-31, on the road in New Haven, Conn., on Wednesday afternoon.

For the second game in a row, the Bruins were plagued by foul trouble early in the first half that sent JP Pray to the bench just four minutes into the game. They made up for the absence with fierce pressure on defense, never allowing Hopkins any easy looks around the rim without the presence of a big man.

Brunswick began the second half with a 20-16 lead and remained in control the rest of the way, receiving contributions from all eight active players.

Jack Stevens led the way offensively with 13 points.

Brunswick plays at home on Friday afternoon against Hamden Hall.
