The Brunswick alpine ski team placed first in the third CISL race of the season at Mt. Southington on Thursday evening.
The Bruins were led by juniors Patch and Ollie Leonard, who finished first and third, respectively, in the GS event. Freshman Teddy Hojlo and junior Ryan Warner had strong finishes as well, placing ninth and 12th.
Sophomore Teddy Bancroft turned in a solid performance, as did fellow classmate Aidan Robison, who was key in securing the win for Brunswick over its closest competitors from Weston and Wilton High Schools.
Next up for the Bruins is another CISL team race on Tuesday, February 12, at Mt. Southington.
